Auction win on Ajo house

We won! We got the foreclosed house for an embarrassingly low price. This is going to be our entertainment for years to come.
First things: Dog fence and swamp cooler. After we get the dogs secured and the house cooled we can develop the rest of it. It’s so exciting! We must be duffers, alright, if that kind of thing excites.
Dave turned 61 this year, and I’m right behind him, so I guess we are duffers or geezers, even.
Now the serious thing is we need a 5th wheel and a truck to pull it. Dave has been half way looking for a few months now, but now that we have a place to park it, we’re serious.
We get to furnish it with castoffs and finds. Maybe get a stainless steel backsplash, and at last I have an excuse to go to the auction Wednesday morning. I swear, it’s addictive to get three or four big boxes of assorted household crap for a couple of dollars. I have not been in months and months because I have too much crap. But now I have a whole other house to fill. Yippee!
