Some guy has come up with a scooter mod that makes the sun juice up his ride with enough free electricity to get him to work and back. That’s a pretty sweet concept, and it’s only appropriate that it is colored bright yellow like the sun. The solar panels that you see there fold up for driving, and unfold for charging. I work for a tiny dealership. I drive their cars to the mechanic and to the car wash. This weekend, I’ve been selling cars for them, or trying to… let me tell you, it sucks! The good thing about it is that I’m learning all about buying and selling cars by being an errand runner for a small dealership. The other good thing is that I may never have to worry about having a running car again, and I may one day be able to buy and sell cars for a living. Plus, the people that I work for are really nice.

When it comes to ricers, or krauters as in this case, getting to 60 MPH in under 4 seconds is strictly reserved for fictional escapades. Since VW recently was rated least reliable by some consumer reporting agency, it’s only fitting that they produce something fast to make up for that fact. This beast has 12 cylinders, with engine design directly related to the Bugatti Veyron. What we end up with is an economy car capable of 200 MPH. More details here.

Look at this monstrosity! It looks like a Prius made love to a PT Cruiser! I’m supposed to get excited about this thing? This is quite possibly the ugliest Mercedes ever! What’s worse, some poor guy had to write hundreds of words about it! Personally, after taking one look at this thing, I’m not the least bit interested in reading about it, so I didn’t. That’s just my style.

So, I did some freelance work the other day. It was grr manly work. I had to lug a ladder around… I drove for hours… I had to wake up before the sun rose. It made my shoulders hurt. Yup. sounds manly enough to me.

Let the manliness commence! I just finished changing the oil in my car. Now, time for some good eats! Yeah, I know, what a horrid segway! Anyway, I cooked up some bratwurst the other day, and it turned out mighty fine. I used a pound of Johnsonville bratwurst, and added one green pepper, and one onion to it. You should follow the manufacturers instructions when cooking this dish. For me, it just happened to be as follows: Heat skillet to medium heat. Add 1/2 cup water. Add sausages. Cover, cook for ten minutes, turn bratwurst over, cook uncovered for ten additional minutes. Now, I burnt mine a bit, so medium may be just a tad too hot. Also, using a meat thermometer is a good idea.
